It’s that time of year again…when students scramble to learn in the span of a few days what they should have been learning all year. I mean…when hard working students apply the invaluable knowledge they’ve received in class to their final examinations, in a futile attempt to pass the year…

As a result, blogs will be put on hold until final exams have been completed. You can expect to see the blogs back up and running in May!

Here’s a recap of what we’ve done this year:

Business Team

-          Talked to prospective students about SunStang, engineering and Western at Fall Preview Day and March Break Open house

-          Stood out at the World of Motorcycles Expo in February and garnered a lot of attention

-          Entertained children and adults alike with our race simulator at the Speed & Custom Car show in March

Mechanical Team

-          Finalized design of body, frame, and suspension

-          Completed welding of frame

-          Began assembly of suspension

Electrical Team

-          Finalized design of navigation lights and completed construction of circuits

-          Prepared batteries for circuitry

-          Completed wiring the steering wheel

We’ll be back in the shop come May, so remember to check the website again! Until then, we’re off to consume large amounts of information and coffee. Wish us luck! And we wish all other students the best of luck as well!
